Technology has been part of my life since the mid-90s, long before smartphones were in every pocket. I spent nearly ten years at Apple, working in both sales and education, leading workshops and helping individuals use their devices with confidence.

In 2022, I set out on my own with a clear mission: to bring my knowledge directly to people who want personalized support with their technology. Someone who takes the time to get to know you, understand how you use your devices, and build a lasting relationship you can rely on.

I come to you, handle the details, and will even call support on your behalf so you do not have to wait on hold or stand in line.

For organizations and community groups, I lead in-person workshops that break complex topics into clear, practical steps. I create a comfortable environment where questions are welcome and learning feels approachable.
